Highly recommend this place!! I got a protein bowl with steak, green beans, and sweet potato. Food was so flavorful, the owner is super friendly and humble, and the store is very clean. I would definitely go back!!!

I don't even know where to begin. This is an amazing company. I get all of my food here and have been for months. Combine it with the gym and you have a recipe for success. David is super knowledgable and is happy to answer any questions. HOWEVER the best part about it is he is willing to go in depth and explain the WHY. Most places try to get you on supplements and make meal preps but never fully go in and explain the benefits. He truly is a MASTER of his craft and I would and will continue to recommend anyone looking to get their health back on track to come here! Thank you David and team!!!

Man coming from NewOrleans and it’s my first day out here looking for food + being a gym rat! This is hands up the best place to go for a high protein meal, these other places that say they have high protein in their meals doesn’t compare to this place. They use actual protein powder, when I seen that I instantly knew, this place is legit with their protein. Please all my gym people if you need a quick high protein meal and don’t feel like meal prepping. This is the place to go!! Custom service was A1, Brodie was cool, place was neat and clean. They need to make more places like this 🤦🏾God bless this place!
