Placed an order for pick up for a dinner gathering and everyone was so impressed with the Sourdough Bread and Chocolate Chip Cookies! Our Celiac friend was so grateful to be able to eat everything on the table and our other friends didnt know there was any difference and were impressed when we mentioned it was all GF! The Sourdough was perfectly soft/spongy in the middle with a nice crust. The Chocolate Chip Cookies were also out of this world! A little crispy on the edges, softer in the middle with divinely melted chocolate chips. We cant wait to order from them again! They have pickup spots all over town - South, North, Round Rock (and also retail at People's Community Clinic).

I’ll tell the truth only if y’all promise to leave me some … GF cooking and baking is an art and science. Chef Jason is nailing it for those of us poor souls who’ve lost foods we always loved. Like King Cakes! Or Easter cookies! Quiche! Beef Wellington! Chicken and dumplins! When they cook for us, they are feeding a little piece of my soul. Keep those Blissful Buns cooking in the kitchen for me and I’ll spread the work and give you all my money - worth the drive, whichever direction yer headed.

We love all of Blissful Buns Bakery wonderful creations! I've been gluten free for 15 years and this is the absolute best!!! Their Brioche bread, Sourdough bread, and bagels have all been excellent. My husband ate one of their Everything Bagels this morning and when I told him it was GF he couldn't believe it because it was so good. Blissful Buns is truly blissful with every bite.
